How much time should I spend practicing soccer?

The goal for most parents is that their children stay healthy and active.  You achieve this by drinking plenty of water, and eating a rich diet filled with fruits and vegetables.  Also, daily exercise is a must.  In fact, the CDC recommends that children and adolescents ages 6 through 17 years should do 60 minutes (1 hour) or more of moderate-to-vigorous intensity physical activity at least three days each week.  Playing a sport like soccer is an excellent way to achieve this and have fun too.  Some people, however, enjoy the sport so much that they even aspire to play in college or pro.
